I was quite excited when the gym in the RenCen announced they would be doing free "rooftop yoga" classes every other Wednesday throughout the summer at lunch time.  I had been missing quite a few of my regular yoga classes because of that lack of work/life balance.

I made it once so far.

This is the view of Windsor from the roof of the parking garage where they hold the class.

And this is the rooftop! The grass is fake but it does make for a good place to spread your yoga mat for an easy flow class.  This is looking southeast towards Belle Isle.  Windsor is to the right.

This pic wasn't taken the day of the yoga class but the garage to the left is the one where we did the rooftop yoga class.  It's only about 8 stories high compared to the RenCen which is MUCH higher!
