Fall 2012 Detroit Sunrises

Going into late fall it's often hard to catch good sunrise pictures.  First, the time change means that the sunrise is often well after I get to work at 7 am so I get busy and forget to dash over to the windows to look.  Second, the sky tends to be pretty cloudy in the mornings.  Anyone ever notice that?  In the winter it seems to be more cloudy in the mornings and then clear up in the afternoon.  Summer - not so much so.

I love this last one.  These freighter ships are HUGE!!
